PMD's philosophy is to make the whole building process as pain free as possible, starting from quotation stage where we take the time to breakdown every aspect of the quote, even down to the number of electric sockets in a room!

We do this to ensure that from the outset of our working relationship you know 100% exactly what you can expect from us and more importantly from your money. We do not believe in hiding costs to make a quotation seem more attractive, which is unfortunately a tactic used by other builders to secure the work, only to ask customers for enormously expensive "extras" at a later date.

Once you have chosen PMD Construction you can sit back and relax in the knowledge that all of our work is fully insured and that we do not insist on full payment prior to the start of your project. Instead we provide you with a detailed schedule with interim payments so you always know where you are in relation to the works schedule and your budget.
