When my wife and I first decided to have building work done, we both hoped we wouldn't have to face the horror stories that many people incur. Thankfully in PMD you have the complete opposite.
From the very first meeting with Paul Dyer we felt this was the person who was going to carry out our work. Every aspect from start to finish has been of the highest quality.
My wife was at home with our young son during the building work and the way in which all the team conducted themselves was professional and a credit to themselves. Always punctual, hard working, never used foul language etc etc.
I was consulted at every major stage of the project, each task was individually described and costed so you knew exactly where you were in accordance to your budget. The advice Paul and Glen gave was honest and helpful when deciding anything that we weren't sure on.
The job was completed on time, with better than expected results. On completion not only were we extremely happy with how the project had ended but the aftercare was incredible. Paul would check the completed work, make sure we were satisfied and rectify any problems, he also said not to hesitate in calling if any problems developed in the future (where I imagine many builders would be long gone once they had been paid).
I have become friends with Paul, speak and see him on a friendship basis, not a client - contractor relationship you usually find. Finally, if you are worried about having work done and feel unsure of who to hire, I CANNOT STATE HOW HIGHLY I would recommend PMD Construction, we are currently looking at another project and I have no doubt the only people who will carry out the work will be PMD!!
