Our client’s purchased this detached property with a view to completely modernise it throughout. The tired exterior was completely transformed using a fresh white render finish. The old glazing was replaced with a mixture of traditional glazing at the front and modern glazing with simple black frames at the rear. The double and single storey rear extensions gave our clients a huge open plan, family living space, complete with modern, bespoke Kitchen and large island. The fully glazed bifold doors combined with the large glazed lantern fill the space with light and garden views.
